Trim Carpenter/Drywall Crew Needed

Large apartment community is looking for a skilled and experienced crew to do the following work in multiple buildings on its campus: 1) Remove old horizontal mailboxes, extend/frame up wall, and install new 4C mailboxes. 2) Install T-111 siding on selected walls, trim molding, and base molding. 3) Remove and replace selected drywall areas. Texture, sand, mud, finish, and paint touch-up. 4) Repair/replace selected crown molding/base molding/chair rail as identified and other trim areas. 5) In preparation for new flooring, screw down subflooring and replace any bad wood on steps/landings 6) Repair/add handrails along side stairwells. 7) Sand down sets of hallway doors, install vinyl kickplates, door stops. Putty doors/paint. 8) Caulk/sand down/adjust/level building entry doors and replace any trim wood as required. 9) Update existing electrical outlets to white/new cover plates 10) Potentially assist with some floor prep on concrete subflooring to lay floor prep in anticipation of installing glue down wood flooring. 11) Any other major drywall areas or big projects would be identified as a change order. We will provide all materials. We will also provide onsite dumpster for disposal of old materials. What we need from you: 1) Crew of 3+ experienced carpenters, drywall, and general handyman skills to knock out work quickly. Have 6 of these hallways to be done plus a bunch of other work we can give 2) Must have $1MM of liability insurance 3) Must have own tools, vehicles. 4) Must be professional, show up daily to meet schedule deadlines, and able to pass a drug/alcohol test at random if asked. We pay weekly - get the job done by NOON Wednesday for us to inspect and punch out items, get paid on Friday! Can guarantee steady work!
