Description
Multi-family apartment community looking for contractor to be ongoing partner for outdoor projects including:
1) Installation of chain link, wood and vinyl fencing
2) Construction of dumpster corrals with gates
3) Vinyl siding work
4) Aluminum trim work including window wrapping/caulking, wrapping door trim, flashing, etc.
5) Exterior door installation
6) Deck installation, railing work, etc.
What we need from you:
A) Crew of 3+ experienced people in above areas of scope. Will need references. Prefer with larger scale projects more than just a small residential job here or there.
B) Must have own tools and vehicles to do above type of work, including aluminum trim brake, fence wire stretcher, etc.
C) Must have $1MM of liability insurance
D) Must be professional, communicate well, show up daily to get the job done, and be able to pass a random drug/alcohol test.
Company will provide all materials.
We pay weekly - turn in invoice by noon Wednesday and complete any punch list items and get paid Friday!!!
