Need gutter hole fixed

There is a small hole outside my house where the rake meets the gutter and squirrels keep getting into my attic. I need it either properly patched or that section of the wood completely replaced - - It will just depend on the cost. It's in a difficult spot that isn't easily accessible because of the close property next door and the fence nearby, as seen in the pictures. You'll definitely need a taller ladder to reach it.
