Senior needs help

Hi I am a 71 year old women, senior. I am trying to get help. A church offered to help me by having someone who goes to their church do the labor, I paid for all the supplies and they were going to get me help with a roof leak. We'll a guy came and never finished and now its still leaking in my house. I've contacted them and the guy hasn't been back for over 6 weeks. He left the corner of the dormer with flashing sticking out, nails and small holes and no shingles on top. Please can someone donate their time and fix my problem. Or if you know of an agency or someone that I can call. Thank you
