SERVPRO of Summerlin/Sun City is seeking a FULL TIME WATER TECHNICIAN with knowledge of various techniques. You will be responsible for equipment set up, cleaning, answering complaints, sanitizing structural features, and etc. If you are self-motivated and have a superb interpersonal skills, then you'll thrive in this work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers. *Equipment set up, take down and maintenance *Cleaning and storing damaged properties until they can be returned to the home. *Handling any issues caused by water damage, including drying out the area and removing mold. *Sanitizing structural features that can be saved. *Answering complaints, explaining job specifications and invoices, and performing other customer service duties. *Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the correct equipment. RESTORATION TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: *A high school diploma or GED *Excellent working knowledge of hand and power tools. *Physical fitness *Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. *Good math skills *Hard working *Knows apple products
