FACILITY MAINTENANCE: *Working part-time on-site 16-20 hours per week – between 3 to 5 days a week. *Available to work between 10AM - 6PM Please submit resume when responding to post. Duties Include but not limited to: · Maintaining the property clean and presentable · Cleaning of vacant storage units inside and out including doors, floors walls etc. · Spraying for Weeds · Picking Up Trash · Limited snow shoveling · Light maintenance · Cleaning windows, sweeping, mopping etc. Successful candidates will possess the following skills: People-person with a customer-service & maintenance mentality Self-starter who is proactive and independent, yet can work well with supervisors No misdemeanors or felonies Compensation includes the following: Competitive industry compensation $15.00 an hour One week of vacation after a year of service and two weeks of vacation after two years of service
