Title: Full Time Janitor Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager Location: 176 Canon Circle, Springfield, MA 01118 Janitor needed for a busy property management company. Applicant must have two years of experience including cleaning, grounds pickup, snow removal and assisting with apartment turnovers. Maintenance skills are a plus. Essential Functions: Sweeping, dusting, mopping, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, laundry rooms and all common areas and any other duties as assigned by supervisor or designated representative. Requirement: Good work history and ability to work good with others, reliable transportation. Drug and background check mandatory. Please attach resume to this posting.
