So this country can afford to give free medical to illegals yet penalize the elderly for those who sigh up late. Many who are mentally ill. Thank your politicians for this crap. This country does nothing for the elderly. They can be abused in nursing homes and you can not sue. They are fed as many will tell you garbage in nursing homes yet pay $3,000 plus a month. This country has gone to hell.
