Estate Property, This is a permanent position. 1 day a week to repair what is necessary to keep the property pristine. Sprinklers, irrigate, paint, power wash, landscape, tractor work, hot wire... Occasionally it is more than 1 day a week but we make arrangements in advance.
Random drug and alcohol testing required. This is a permanent position. You must be qualified to do ALL work described.
