I am a general contractor and a Realtor. I do projects all over San Antonio and regularly fix people's houses before they sell or customize them before moving in. Basic job duties can vary significantly from demoing a house, helping hang cabinets, help with plumbing, scrape popcorn, it could be anything associated with renovating or repairing a house. That being said there will occasionally be hard work like digging trenches, running a demo hammer, things that are more physically demanding but that isn't the day to day type of work. There is room for growth and expansion depending on how performance goes. I'm open to teaching someone all of the skillsets needed for this and also sponsoring someone to purchase tools for them once trust is developed. When you come on the job site I'll need a picture of your ID and I will immediately ask you to leave if there is any unprofessional or unethical behavior such as tools disappearing or theft of time. Handyman/Carpentry experience and basic tools are a plus but not required. Thank you!
