Position Purple Cow Organics, LLC is currently seeking an experienced, full-time wheel-loader operator. This person will become a vital asset to our fast-growing company, continuing our business model of producing remarkable soil amendment products. Qualified candidates need to be self-motivated, independent workers with an eye for quality in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Must have at least one year of wheel loader experience Qualifications - Must maintain a high level of confidentiality of department related details - High school math skills, including weight conversions, percentages, multiplication and division - Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact with co-workers and customers professionally to communicate proper facility policies and procedures - Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time - Ability to stoop or bend - Comply with proper safety policies and procedures as required - Ability to give and receive oral and/or written directions - Ability to work as part of a team or indipendently - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with horizontal grinders and screeners Job Specifications This is a full-time position generally working between the hours of 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday with Saturday hours as needed basis.
