APPLY HERE: - Buscamos limpiadores / camereras de casa que hablan Ingles o Español. - We're hiring cleaners that speak English or Spanish. -- # About the position We're seeking motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individuals to work with and grow alongside us, preferably on a long-term basis. Your job will be to keep our rental properties clean and well-maintained and to serve as our on-the-ground eyes and ears. Your work time will be spent: - 50% on cleaning/maintaining our rental property interiors - 20% on cleaning/maintaining our rental property grounds - 15% providing on-the-ground support to tenants and vendors - 15% providing operational and administrative support to the business The properties you're servicing are all in Central Austin. # In this role you will: - frequently do unit turnovers and deep cleans at our rental properties and any associated laundry - do regular grounds maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and pool treatments (training provided as needed) - conduct or help support regular maintenance tasks like replacing air filters, replacing lightbulbs, restocking consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc.), and organizing. - meet with third party vendors (like repair technicians) to help ensure their success while also minimizing discomfort to our tenants - provide support on an as-needed basis within your areas of skill or interest -- for example: decorating, furniture assembly, showings, etc. # Candidate must-haves: - A mobile phone and a valid driver's license - No prior convictions related to violence or theft - Follows instructions, checks lists twice, and pays attention to details to ensure that work is completed successfully - Personable, happy, and helpful. You will be working around tenants and should always have a smile-first attitude. - Punctual and dependable. Our tenants are depending on you to do a good job on time so that they can have somewhere clean to sleep. - Communciative. You'll be working in the field and need to be good at communicating with other team members. - You like to clean and you're good at it. You also don't mind doing outdoor tasks like mowing the lawn. # Candidate nice-to-haves: - Experience in a house cleaning, groundskeeping, maintenance, or a property management role - Has their own vehicle - Comfortable making calls to coordinate with home services vendors - Smartphone proficiency. You'll be receiving your schedule and communicating with your team via SMS, email, and apps. # Personal traits include: - You communicate well. You're clear, expressive, and are good about keeping your team members in the loop. - You're organized. You like making lists and love checking things off them. You respect schedules and work hard to get things done. - You are likable, trustworthy, and respectful. You'll be around people where they live, so people should feel comfortable around you. - We provide all required cleaning tools and chemicals. We'll also provide any required skills training.
