Description
We are Frontdesk LLC - a short-term rental business with 1 and 2 bedroom properties in the downtown area of Dallas. We're searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Lead Cleaner. This person will work closely with the City Manager to manage a our growing portfolio of vacation apartments.
The Job
Oversee a small team of apartment cleaners in Downtown Dallas
Clean, stock, and supply designated home areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
Manage a team of efficient and high-quality cleaners, ensuring all are trained, effective, and adhere to Frontdesk policies and procedures
Conduct and/or schedule inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
Provide cross-coverage for your City Manager when necessary
Perform 5-Star cleaning and maintenance duties
Available from 10AM-4PM 4-5 days a week
Traveling between work sites is involved and this person will need their own reliable transportation.
