The basic function of the Warehouse Coordinator is controlling, directing, scheduling and executing all necessary tasks and duties to effectively manage the receipt, storage, and delivery of all orders, material, inventory and other supplies related to the branch and remote service trucks. This is a full time position. As the warehouse coordinator your duties will include: *Shipping and receiving coordination and the potential supervision of other warehouse employees. *Coordinating and Sourcing of parts/inventory for Service Technicians and Construction staff for all work orders and jobs with a focus on using existing inventory. *Maintaining warehouse inventory, including parts information, numbering, updating pricing, and regular inventory counts on the warehouse and all Service Technician vehicles. *Occasional Parts and Equipment Purchasing. *Scheduling of Fleet Vehicles for maintenance with maintenance vendors *Maintaining a clean and organized Warehouse and Equipment yard. You are the right person if you have: *Knowledgeable in inventory control procedures. *Able to read, write, spell, and orally communicate clearly in English. *Certified forklift operator or willing to be trained. *Requires basic math skills, the ability to problem-solve on a daily basis, and coordinate numerous activities at the same time. *Is able to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, squatting, and drug screen. *Willing to work in Shop, office, and outdoor yard environment with an array of mechanical equipment and vehicles.
