We are seeking a Maintenance Technician whose primary responsibility is to perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings (107 units total) Duties include but not limited to: • Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the common area amenities, occupied units and vacant units. • Assist in maintaining the grounds • Perform trash-outs and make-readies to ensure units are ready for future residents as quickly as possible. • Knowledge in areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, dry wall. • Change locks and make keys. •Communicate effectively. • May include emergency after hour calls - rarely. • Need your own basic tools and transportation.
