Diagnosis and possibly fix 96 Ford explorer.
Not battery or fuses from what I checked, but lights are on but won't start. Pretty much just look at it and diagnose the issue and if it's a small issue we can fix it today or I'll just junk it but either way work out some dough for time. Text only
