Light mechanical work/ flatbed driver

I am looking for someone to work at my shop doing light mechanical repair and light body repair and drive flatbed when needed must have a clean driver record and be able to work by yourself and get stuff done on your own because I am on the rd a lot so I need someone that I can show someone what needs to be done and have them get it done my shop is in Enosburg Vt so someone that lives in that area or very close to be able to do service calls for the towing part of the job thanks for looking
