Hi there I'm trying to find a trailer home for sale by owner in ALL AGE park. Everything in my price range is always retirement communities and I'm 26 so not yet! Lol. Must accept a previous eviction and a non violent non repetitive and non drug conviction. I went through a lot when my parents died a year apart from one another when I was 22. so If anyone out there can point me in the right direction or give me the chance to make a home for myself I'd appreciate it. Must be move in ready I don't have the talent for major construction projects but little things I can do like painting rooms, fixtures etc I do have my own furniture I do have a vehicle No children Would prefer a 2 bedroom for a work space we can talk prices if need be Would like it to be in Mesa/East Mesa Maricopa county.
