Build a natural stone retaining wall

Looking for an experienced stone mason to build a natural stone retaining wall. The concrete footer is already in place. The stones are already onsite. The wall will be roughly 30' long by 20" wide and 3' tall. I want the wall to have cement but to have a dry-stack wall. The wall has been started but not completed.
