Need an auto locksmith for 98 Volvo door handle

98 V70 wagon with broken spindle in door handle. door froze, i removed original lock and replaced. Now opens and closes. Bought handle from scrap yard. I do not know how to move this spindle in the picture below from the new cylinder to the broken one. I do not have a key for the one with the cylinder intact.
