I am looking for an individual with a good driving record, who is trustworthy and self-motivated. I need a person who has experience driving a van and trailer, as well as the ability to back a trailer up and running a gutter machine. This person will also be prepping the gutter machine, which could require lifting upwards of 100lbs of material. to use and possibly running our lengths of gutter to specified measurements. This person knows how to use a tape measure and cutting snips. This person can help hold or hang a run of gutter when needed. This person would also be picking up materials from our distributors. This person would also be responsible for pulling job materials and prepping them for the installation teams as well as delivering needed items when and where needed. This person will also be maintaining the warehouse and yard. This person has good organization skills. I will train the right individual on the gutter machine and of course what the job requires if they have experience driving a vehicle and trailer as well as a good driving record. This person would need to be self-motivated, can work without supervision, very reliable, and the ability to lift 100lbs. The rest can be taught.
