Look at the housing market, I mean really look at it, the shittiest entry level 2/1 home with 700 sqft is almost 300k, I see homes go for 850k that are 3k sqft but unremodeled original 1970’s homes. Just wait everyone, rent will catch up in a year or two, no reason why it would be considerably cheaper to rent a home then to own one. Rents will be going up to 1800-2200 for 2/1 units, 2500 for 3/1. I wish it wasn’t this way because I wanna buy more property for my future retirement but I’m missing the boat.
