Exterior and Interior Painter

I am looking for a painter to paint the exterior of my townhouse and to paint the inside of the house as well. The townhouse is about 1500 square feet. There are two small bathrooms that need the wall papers remove, prep, textures and paint. There is an area in the living room that need three new sheetrock that's 4 feet by 8 feet and tape and bed along with orange peel texture. The townhouse exterior is three levels that has a front width that is 12 feet wide and a height of 27 feet and a side of 25 feet length. The outside will have three colors and the inside will have three colors or fewer. The exterior will need to be properly prep prior to paint, and painter will paint exterior patios and balconies. The inside will need to be prep prior to paint. Painter will paint all doors, trims, baseboards, closets, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, hallways and bedrooms.
