Hiring Concrete Finishers/ Laborer Seeking full time Concrete Finishers/ Laborer with experience in concrete flat work, stamp work, and foundations. Majority of work is flat work, residential. Experience required is able to read blue prints, able to use a Laser Level, use a power trowel, hand trowel, hand screed and run a vibra-screed board. Must know how to lay out, set grade, frame and delegate tasks to crew members to complete projects efficiently. Experience with operating hand control skid steer plus. Having a CDL a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Must have reliable transportation to work. Pay can be check or straight cash. Higher pay for detail orientated finishers who can produce high quality finishes.
