We seek MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES for MULTIPLE JOBS including: • Stock Puller/Warehouse Assistant • Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver • Delivery & Set-Up Helper • Chairs & Tables Associate • Warehouse Maintenance & Janitorial Associate • Will Call Associate • Dishroom Associate Details below, and starting pay is $15-$20+/hour based on role & experience. Hours are flexible & negotiable. *** Contact us to schedule an interview. *** Call Us: 312-377-4231 Email Us: jobs at tablescapes com Hablamos Español 1) Stock Puller/Warehouse Assistant • Pull & stage orders in a timely manner. • Inspect items to ensure they meet Company quality standards. • Correctly pull, pack, and stage outbound orders. • Report issues & perform required order changes. • Learn the location of all products in warehouse (over 2,500 SKUs). • Maintain organized workspace. • Follow strict safety standards. 2) Chairs & Tables Associate • Clean & inspect inbound products, and report damage. • Maintain quality of inbound & outbound products. • Restock products in correct warehouse location. • Correctly pull, pack, and stage outbound orders (chairs, tables, bars, furniture, etc.). • Launder soiled fabric (cushion covers, bar caps, drapes, etc.). • Stack & organize products to specifications. • Maintain organized workspace. • Follow strict safety standards. • Use solvents such as water & alcohol for cleaning and prepping of SKUs. 3) Warehouse Maintenance & Janitorial Associate • Conduct scheduled cleaning of facility appliances such as water filters, water heaters, microwaves, etc. • Perform janitorial duties such as cleaning offices & warehouse. • Collect garbage & disposables around facility and dispose in outside dumpster (keep the dumpster under the allowed capacity to prevent overages). • Clean and sanitize all communal areas such as bathrooms & break room. • Refill all supplies such as paper towels & toilet paper. • Maintain facility's exterior perimeter including gutters, roof, and landscaping. • Be able to work in other departments as needed after completing main tasks. • Follow strict safety standards. 4) Will Call Associate • Attend to Will Call clients and provide exceptional 1-on-1 customer service. • Confirm accuracy of outbound & inbound customer orders. • Count SKUs and identify & report issues and damage in a timely manner. • Work with multiple departments such as Tables & Chairs, Pulling, Dishroom, and Administration. • Help clients load and unload orders. • Manage intake of all inbound parcels from Amazon, FedEx, etc. • Send outbound packages which includes packaging, making labels, and scheduling pick-ups. • Make and/or request order changes as necessary to accommodate customer needs. • Identify facility supply shortages and order as needed. • Maintain accurate records. 5) Dishroom Associate • Operate dishwashing equipment per standard procedures. • Maintain machine water temperatures, change water, replace solvents, and keep records of operating conditions. • Count, clean, dry, pack, and restock inbound products. • Hand wash and restock certain products such as chafers, bowls, coffee makers, ovens, deep fryers. • Inspect quality of washed items, bag product racks when clean & dry, restock. • Follow strict safety standards. 6) Non-CDL Straight Truck Driver • Review & confirm delivery/pick-up schedule upon arrival at warehouse. • Inspect vehicle for defects before & after trips. Maintain clean, safe operating condition of assigned equipment, and submit report indicating equipment condition. • Load & unload vehicles at warehouse and job site using carts, dollies, lifts, etc. (Routinely involves lifting and placing heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment.) • Safely & legally operate vehicle on designated route(s), and back-up to loading docks as needed. • Manage on-site crew to ensure efficient and effective service, and adherence to all company policies & safety rules. • Actively participate in moving/setting-up/tearing-down rented items prior to and after event. • Ensure products are handled with care and secured to prevent damage. • Represent our company in a professional manner with courtesy & respect when working at venues. • Wear company-approved uniform and maintain a clean & professional appearance. • Act as liaison with client, account reps, dispatch, and warehouse staff. • Adhere to all safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations in accordance with laws and our company’s safety initiatives. 7) Delivery & Set-Up Helper • Review & confirm delivery/pick-up schedule upon arrival at warehouse. • Make sure equipment and products in truck are properly secured. • Inspect vehicle for defects before & after trips. Maintain clean, safe operating condition of assigned equipment, and submit report indicating equipment condition. • Ensure all equipment (dollys, carts, etc.) is with crew/truck (not at warehouse and venues). • Act as navigator for driver and document arrival & departure time on schedule. • Load & unload vehicles at warehouse and job site using carts, dollies, lifts, etc. (Routinely involves lifting and placing heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment.) • Actively participate in moving/setting-up/tearing-down rented items prior to and after event. • Ensure products are handled with care and secured to prevent damage. • Represent our company in a professional manner with courtesy & respect when working at venues. • Wear company-approved uniform and maintain a clean & professional appearance. • Adhere to all safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations in accordance with laws and our company’s safety initiatives. *** Contact us to schedule an interview. *** Call Us: 312-377-4231 Email Us: jobs at tablescapes com
