General Laborer & Driver Needed for Junk Removal - Abatement - Demo

We are looking general laborers to be hired as subcontractors in Riverside County. The jobs vary everyday throughout Riverside County, you must drive to locations, bring lunch and PPE, work hard from start to finish. Must be responsible and reliable. Pay starts at $15. We are also looking for drivers that have experience driving a truck and trailer and can perform general labor as well (higher compensation). 📌 Junk Removal and Cleanouts: - pick-up light to heavy items such as trash, furniture, appliances, green waste, concrete, metal, non-hazardous materials - garage, house, storage unit cleanouts, etc. 📌 Demolition: - sheds, campers, trailers, additions, etc. - concrete demo 📌Landscaping and Light Tree work: - tree trimming/cutting - weed pulling/abatement - removing mulch, dirt, gravel, planting, etc. - spreading rocks, mulch, etc. 📌Skid Steer Operation: - moving/loading dirt, rock, concrete, trash - leveling - use of attachments such as mower deck and breaker ⭐ General laborer are 1099 Independent Contractor positions. You are responsible as a contractor to communicate with us scheduling, show up to job sites on your own, perform contracted work according to Job Plan, tracking your own time. Payment provided upon satisfactory completion of job determined by Management. You will be responsible for your own health and safety, and any damages caused in the performance of your work for each project you accept. ✅ Job Requirements - Must bring own PPE (gloves, safety glasses, dust masks, etc.) - Reliable, Honest, willing to work hard - Heavy lifting - No prior injuries or ailments as this job requires heavy lifting and constant moving - Must be able to work in outdoor environment (hot or cold) - Must speak English - Must be able to legally work in the US - Bring own work boots, safety glasses and gloves to work everyday - Must have own transportation to meet us at job site (varies everyday throughout Riverside County) - Be respectful to clients - Be respectful of other’s property - Reliable cell phone to communicate schedule and job locations ✅ Additional Driver Requirements - Clean driving record - Must have experience driving utility trailer/dump trailer - Will be compensated more if you drive your own truck DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS Potential Hours: Sunday – Friday (no Saturdays); 7AM – 5PM Part-time on call to full time.
