Receiving Clerk (La Verne) compensation: based on experience employment type: full-time Receiving Clerk (La Verne, CA) A well-positioned and established company looking to hire a Receiving Clerk with some experience in a basic knowledge in Computers and good with paper work and numbers in our La Verne, CA plant. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to; • Be familiar with computers and their operation • Inspect and detail paper work • Apply knowledge in a practical manner using detailed procedures Not afraid to get Dirty • General knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of their job duties and the ability to apply that knowledge to their assignments • Recognize and correct inaccuracies and simple issues • Must perform other tasks as assigned by Production Manager Required Qualification; • Must be proficient to read and write in English with some Spanish a plus • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to details • Must have basic math skills Also required; • Knowledge of Basic hand tools • Team work, Working with others • Capacity to combine and apply separate elements of knowledge in a logical and comprehensive manner The best person for this position is; • Good self-starter • Quick study on-the-job • Good sense of self awareness • Strong problem solver with good conflict resolution skills • Good at time and planning skills • Ability to communicate and motivate Education; Higher education is not required.
