We are looking for window cleaners and pressure washers... If you are interested, please let us know in your email which option (or both) you are interested in. These positions are 1099 contract work. You must have your own vehicle, your own professional pressure washing set-up, current auto insurance, current drivers license and excellent customer service skills. We have been in business for over 15 years and specialize in commercial window cleaning and pressure washing, with a focus on restaurants. We are in need of people to do window cleaning and we also need to find people to do pressure washing in the Greater Tampa area, and also outlying counties. This work is done in the afternoons or evenings. These locations take about an hour to do, some are small and take less than an hour and a few are larger and would take a little over an hour. I am also looking for someone to pressure wash these locations. They get done once a month and take about an hour to clean. You need to have your own pressure washing equipment, valid drivers license and current auto insurance. There is little customer interaction, but you need to have the ability to communicate with people in a positive manner. We currently have about 20 locations that need to be cleaned once a month, I do 4 or 5 a night. So, it would take about 4 or 5 nights a month to do this work, about an hour per location of work.
