rehoming a 5 month old cat

I have a beautiful white/gray, half seimese 5 month old kitty. He is also what they call a hemingway cat. He has 7 toe on both paws in the front and 6 in the back. He is sweet and friendly. I got him as a recue cat at 4 weeks old. I unfortunitely can't keep him as I live in a new place that doesn't allow cats. I love him so much but can't keep him.
