Disabled persons looking for Dog companion

Hello, I am looking for a Dog companion to get a long with my cat companion. Looking for a young or pup dog. Even though I live in an apartment, I plan on spending a lot of time with said dog. Training, playing, and Walking. I am Disabled via high functioning Autism, with PTSD and a few other things. The dog has to be nice to cats and other animals. I wish to train it to be a service dog but if that fails they will just be a very close Emotional support animal. I'm not very picky on the breed, only breed I will not take is Chihuahuas. Looking for a long coat breed too if that is a capability. The dog needs not to be super shy either. they need to be Very playful and cuddly. I have owned dogs before But they where special needs or the last owner lied to us about them so we couldn't keep them in fear of them attacking my cat. I want to be able to keep the dog and not fear for my cats life. I'm willing to pay a rehoming fee.
