Looking for a caretaker/ estate manager for a beautiful Northern California vineyard estate property in the Sierra Foothills wine region. This is a full time, live-in position. Compensation includes room & board and a small salary.
Duties include managing the estate which consists of three homes on a beautiful vineyard property.
You will be responsible for taking care of the area around the homes, making needed repairs, keeping the property clean, supervising the gardeners, making general household repairs, watering and providing good customer service to our guests. Should have a basic knowledge of household systems such as plumbing, well systems and septic tanks.
Must be able to work independently, be highly organized, have good communication skills and a great attitude.
