base molding wall tile needs repaired. please help.

Hi. I am trying to replace this wall tile. And can't seem to get it off the wall. Already cut most grout out. And have tile replacement cut, and grout caulk to replace. If you can fix this could pay like $30 If you can fix a couple backsplash wall tiles too I could pay like $50 more
