Description

Perform trim out and installation of builder grade products for new construction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • At all times adhere to jobsite safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. • Maintain tools and equipment according to company standards. • Perform trim out on non-specialty fireplaces for builder customers. • Perform start up on non-specialty fireplaces for builder customers. • Basic troubleshooting and repair or non-specialty fireplaces for builder warranty calls. • Install fans and remotes or other accessories as part of initial fireplace trim out for builder customers. • Install and test match light gas logs for builder customers. • Install and test remote control gas logs for builder customers. • Install and test gas grills for builder customers. • Meet others service techs at jobs to assist as needed. • Openly communicate with the builder and with the office about problems or issues in the field. • Operate the GoCanvas system for data collection, and photo documentation of work performed.
