The Aquacultural Research Corp in Dennis, MA is looking for motivated, hard working team members to join our Wellfleet and Barnstable field crews for the upcoming season. This position will work with other members of the farm crew to maintain and harvest our seed nursery and market oysters and clams. This will include digging, culling, counting, and other farm activities. This position reports to the Farm Supervisor. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a full time seasonal position with an immediate start available. This position offers full benefits and PTO. Requirements: Be able to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift 50lbs Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to take direction, and work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in all weather conditions An interest in aquaculture, ability to operate a motorboat, and mechanical skills are preferred but not necessary. As this job is based on the tides, it requires flexibility in hours. Our crew works 40-60 hours a week, and can begin before sunrise or end after sunset.
