Finish mulch and planting for front and back beds

Looking for someone (WITH EXPERIENCE) to finish my garden beds, front and back. Front beds need mulch finished and spaded edges. Back beds need the plants planted and mulch added. I have 4 cubic yards of mulch. You must have a wheelbarrow. See the pics and I welcome a fixed price as well as by the hour. Should take no more than 6 hours tops. Located in lower Wayne, minutes off of 23, 80 and RT 46. Would like to have you start ASAP. Thanks
