Description

We are looking for a motivated individual that enjoys critical thinking and people management. This individual should be a competent problem solver and exhibit a good and honest work ethic. A few of the job responsibilities include. 1. Collect, track and deposit rents 2.Handle interactions with tenants 3. Complete general repairs and 4. maintenance on park and park owned homes 4. Turn in monthly reports 5. Onboard new tenants 6. Handle eviction process from beginning to end 7. Enforce park rules 8. Ensure park is clear of criminal activity 9. Document tenant infractions of park rules/requirements 10. Keep park area clean from debris and tenant items 11. Lawn and Property Maintenance 12. Handle problems that arise from storms, power outages, tenants, etc. 13. Receive phone calls forwarded to your phone from main park number 14. General cleaning and maintenance when tenants move out to prepare for new tenants 15. Coordinate with outside maintenance professionals when necessary 16. Keep park owned homes and pads fully rented 17. Oversee insertion of new Mobile Homes to fill empty pads 18. Oversee and help with general maintenance for newly acquired Homes coming into the park 19. Maintain digital copies of all information regarding the park (e.g. rent manager app or designated google drive, or other as necessary) (May maintain any hard copies of any documentation that makes it easier to do the job) 20. Manage emergencies
