Shred the Deck at Elwood's on Global Wellness Day! Let's Shred the Deck at Elwood's to celebrate Global Wellness Day! This fun event, hosted by Ketel One Botanicals, will start on June 12th at noon with a pop-up workout led by Shred415. Stay after the workout for fun and festivities, including food samples, raffle prizes, giveaways, and of course Ketel One Botanical beverages! Shred the Deck tickets are $10.00 each, and the ticket price includes Shred415's pop-up workout, a buy one get one free voucher for Freshfin Poké, a Ketel One Botanical beverage, a free class voucher for an in-studio Shred415 class (*first time in-studio clients only), food samples, raffle entries, Ketel One Happy Hour specials, and MORE! Event Details: Meet at Elwood's Liquor & Tap, where Shred415 will lead the group through a 45-minute HIIT workout. Please bring a yoga mat, a sweat towel, a water bottle, and wear sneakers or running shoes. All fitness levels are welcome! The workout will be held on the outdoor patio.
