Join our upcoming discussion on Faith & Science. Wednesday, May 19, 5-6pm, join us and guest speaker John Cannon at our upcoming TSU Talk. A platform to discuss relevant topics. During this TSU Talk John will discuss: Defining what a Christian world view is and what science is and the relationship between the two.The differences and similarities between Christian and scientific thinking. What creation is and what evolution is and how they relate.What the three origin views are (theistic evolution, progressive creation & young earth creation) and the pros/cons of each. Meet The Speaker: John Cannon is a scientist with a PhD in chemistry. He's spent most of his career in the pharmaceutical industry as well as also being a chemistry teacher. John has been a Christian for 50 years and has always been interested in the relationship between faith and science.
