We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician and a Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team! These positions are for a property we have in San Antonio, TX. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Responsibilities for Maintenance Tech: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Responsibilities for Porter/Groundskeeper: Complete make ready tasks in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: Previous experience in apartment maintenance required Must be HVAC certified (if you are applying for the Maintenance position) Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must have reliable transportation Must have experience with chillers
