Need drywall taper & sheetrocker with experience. Not looking to train

My father owns a Drywall Company for over 20 years and I’m currently looking for one or two people since He’s incredibly busy....you Must have experience taping and Sheetrock. Let me say He is not looking to train anyone and please don’t waste my time if you’re a beginner and have only been doing it for a year or two. We are much too busy for that. I need someone who’s capable of working with minimal supervision and most importantly someone who is on time so if you plan on showing up five minutes or 10 minutes late this isn’t going to work out. If the job starts at 7 AM.....He is there at 6:45 and I expect anyone else to be there a couple minutes early as well. The guy that’s been working for me is looking to retire soon and has been working less hours so I’m looking for someone that is dependable and lives nearby. I live in Somers Connecticut so a lot of the jobs are in Tolland county sometimes a bit further. You MUST have your own reliable transportation. I’ve had people come out for an interview/job site without any tools or having just bought brand new tools(never used no experience) or showing up with their wife and so don’t get through the door because again I’m way too busy to train someone. My company holds amazing reviews because I’m meticulous and most importantly I get the job done on time. I’m not looking for someone who lives an hour away because sometimes the jobs require us to go back-and-forth or are somewhat last minute and I’ve had too many problems of people living far away. Let me say that I pay well for people who do the job correctly and most importantly that I don’t need to go touch up their work. I don’t ask for much I ask for someone who is on time, reliable, doesn’t milk the clock because trust me I know exactly how long everything should take having done this for over 40 years. One more thing when someone is working on a job site I expect them to be working...not looking at their phones..... not talking nonstop or taking breaks every two seconds. I know this is blunt but I’ve had a hard time finding someone to is dependable and actually has the experience that doesn’t require me to go touch up their work. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time so if you don’t meet these requirements please don’t apply. I need someone who can start right away perhaps this week. Email me with your experience which is very important and what you specialize in whether it’s taping or sheet rock or both. Also I want to know what town you’re from which is again very important because I’m not looking to hire someone lives far away. Lastly please let me know your hourly rate to see if something we can accommodate but again that’ll be based on experience. I will say the more experience you have and the better job you do as far as keeping up a good pace the more work I’ll have for you. We pay cash.
