Join us for a plant swap and pints at Parson’s North Brewing Company! All proceeds from the event will be donated to Flying Horse Farms! Parson’s North Brewing has a large outdoor space perfect for a plant swap on a sunny Sunday! Bring your indoor or outdoor plants, and get excited for the thrill of the swap! Please ensure to wear a facial covering when not seated at a table. With your ticket, you will be able to participate in the swap as well as receive a gift card from one of our sponsors, Groovy Plants Ranch. Groovy Plants Ranch is a family owned Greenhouse located in Marengo, Ohio. They offer a collection of unique and intriguing plants. We will also be joined by Blümen Cbus, a local florist who will be selling beautiful handmade bouquets. Tibetan Momo food truck will be parked at the brewery selling delicious Tibetan Momo (Tibetan steamed dumplings!) Insta: @Tibetanmomcbus A little bit about Flying Horse Farms: Flying Horse Farms provides healing, transformative camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families–free of charge. Located in scenic Mt. Gilead, Ohio, camp first opened its gates in 2010 and hosts hundreds of happy campers each year. This event is hosted by the Flying Horse Farms Young Professionals Council (the FHFYPC). We’re excited to see you there! Please let us know during check-in how many plants you have brought so we can ensure to include you in any additional rounds of swapping if you brought extra! If you don’t have a plant to swap, we’ll have some plants donated by Oakland Nursery that you’re welcome to purchase to use for the swap. All proceeds from plant sales will be donated to Flying Horse Farms. Please label your plant prior to the swap. You must purchase a ticket to the event to take part in the swap. Schedule For the Swap: 1:00 PM: Check in, all plants will be put on table for swap.1:30 PM: Drawing numbers for who is to swap first. We’ll line everyone up in numerical order.1:45- 2:15 PM Let the swap begin! In order everyone will select the plant they’d like to keep 2:15- 2:30 PM: if there are any additional plants left, we’ll do another round of swapping.
