Description SIMOS Insourcing Solutions is hiring at a major distribution center in Williamsburg, VA. Work in a great team environment, receive weekly pay and paid training. As a SIMOS warehouse employee, you will sort and stack material, wrap and prepare products for shipping, load/unload dock containers or trailers, and use a pallet jack to move and stage products. The warehouse is not climate-controlled. This is a production-driven position. Must be able to work overtime. Job Responsibilities Incentive program! Make up to $17.00/hr 1st Shift Tuesday - Friday 5 AM to 3 PM base rate of $13.00/hr 2nd Shift Tuesday - Friday 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM base rate of $13.25/hr 4th Shift Saturday - Monday 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM base rate of $13.50/hr 5th Shift Saturday - Monday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM base rate of $13.75/hr Must be able to read numbers, recognize and understand product SKU's, use box cutters, use tape gun, and other packaging tools. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs safely and continuously.
