Part-time Building Superintendent Position Park Slope Brooklyn, NY Well-established property management company seeking self-motivated part-time, experienced Superintendent/Porter for a 60-unit, elevator building located in Park Slope. Ideal candidate must have the following qualifications: 1. This is a non-live in position (i.e. does not include an apartment). Must live in reasonable proximity to the building and be able to respond promptly when called upon. 2. Communication and organizational skills; (must own and use a smart phone)ability to speak with shareholders, contractors and management in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Excellent cleaning & handyman skills. Basic boiler operation & maintenance knowledge, Starting hourly rate: $20.00, 4- 5 hours per day for 5 days a week. Additional compensation may include minor apartment repairs / renovations. This position dose not come with benefits
