We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management services and responsive support. We are currently in need of an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join our team of property management professionals at our 248-unit luxury apartment community in Kenner, LA: The Lakes of Chateau Estates South. The ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance and will have a license to work with refrigerant. Responsibilities and Qualifications: AC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Provide our residents with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins Participate in an on-call rotation with other maintenance technicians for emergency after-hours calls Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets AC Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance matters EPA Section 608 certified to work with refrigerants (we can test and certify you if needed) Owns tools and reliable transportation; and, has a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to work in an on-call rotation for emergency calls What You Will Receive: Monthly gas allowance Monthly bonus opportunities Free education and training A robust benefits package and a generous amount of paid time off to help you achieve the perfect mix of work-life balance With over 75 different apartment communities, there is ample opportunity for growth Still Not Convinced?
