Buffalo Without Borders To Go Spring Edition: spring into our next cultural series! Buffalo Without Borders TO GO is a series showcasing refugee and immigrant restaurateurs featuring festive evenings of carry-out cuisine, cultural activities and much more! Buffalo Without Borders TO GO Spring Edition will take place over the course of four Monday evenings: 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, and 5/24. * Each ticket purchase buys two dinners May 3rd - Apa's Kitchen: Our first night will be celebrating Bangladeshi culture. Working out of the Broadway market, Apa’s Kitchen is an award winning Halal restaurant who focuses on creating richly spiced dishes from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India.May 10th - Sabores de mi Tierra: Our second night will be celebrating Colombian and Venezuelan cultures. Sabores De Mi Tierra translates in English to "the flavors of my land". Serving traditional dishes like arepas and tostones from Colombia and Venezuela, their savory cuisine is unlike anything else offered in Buffalo!May 17th - Polish Villa: Our third night will be celebrating Polish culture. The Polish Villa is a Buffalo staple for authentic Polish cuisine. The Polish Villa is family owned and operated since 1978, regarded as the best spot in Buffalo by our Polish community. Some of their outstanding dishes include Perogi, Kielbasa, and Golumpki.May 24th - Al Sultan: Our last night will be celebrating Yemeni culture. The restaurant to close up our series, is Al Sultan, a Middle Eastern restaurant who specializes in Yemeni recipes. In addition to their delicious recipes, Al Sultan also boasts a bakery and an international market stocked full with Arab imported snacks, deserts, cheeses, and drinks!Buffalo Without Borders TO GO shows the tenacity and positivity of our city and creates a space to come together and learn about our different cultures, while keeping each other safe. It is the creative and unique celebration of a community that has always grown through diversity and inclusiveness. And of course, it tastes great too! It is the perfect way to show the community your appreciation for the welcoming ways that set Buffalo apart. We hope you will join us ! VIP Tickets Tickets are $750 for all four nights and $200 for a single night. All VIP tickets include: two fantastic dinners and desserts per ticket from Buffalo’s finest cultural restaurantsan interactive culture packet on the country of each night, including a dinner playlist, a craft, a staycation travel story experience, and a wealth of cultural content about each culturean exclusive, traditional recipe and cocktail recipe from the culture for you to try and homea paired drink for each night sourced from a local Buffalo distributera gourmet flavored popcorn bag from new West Side business, What’s Pop-in’a candle from My Buffalo Candle Company that showcases a scent from the highlighted culturea custom-made Institute designed oven mitt (only one oven mitt will be provided for series ticket holders)and an insulated International Institute of Buffalo Carry Out Bag*Series ticket holders will also receive a cultural snack from each of the night’s countries!General Series Tickets are $250 for all four nights and $75 for a single night ticket.
