Need wood floors refinished

Good afternoon, I need my hard wood floors refinished. I need them sanded and finished. No stain just keep the material wood look. I have contacted several companies whom never seem to follow up and just disappear. They don’t show up for appointments or never return calls. So please be serious about accepting and finishing the job. My home is about 1584 sq ft. Wood floors in every room except the kitchen and two bathrooms and a bonus room that I am not sure is included in the square footage.
