Childcare needed for PRN worker

I work PRN or On Call Where I fill in as needed at my job, and need someone who wants to help watch my 7 year old on weekends ( she’s easy and a sweetheart), when my job needs me. I like 3pm to 11 on shifts. Sometimes 7am to7pm. Sometimes overnights for 7pm-7am. Sometimes they send me home early. You don’t have to babysit unless you want to, I’ll ask you before scheduling, however if you commit to it I really need you to follow through because I could lose my job by not coming in. So sometimes I get sent home early if they no longer need me. This is what I can do: 4 hour shift - 15 dollars 8 hour shift - 30 dollars 12 hour shift - 40 dollars I would like to find someone that sort of works with my pay day. Like say you babysit a total of two days in the pay period, I would like to pay you for those two day when I get my pay check which is every other Friday. I just would really like to find someone that I can keep for a long time, that is trustworthy. I prefer your home because mine is unorganized right now due to getting ready to move out of our place. This would also be great for a teenager that wants a summer job. Thank you Robin
