Looking to add a few new inspectors to our team! Our company, Accurate Inspections, fulfills contracts from mortgage companies, homeowners and insurance companies to check the condition and occupancy status of properties. We are a US based, Veteran owned company. We have work available in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach and Delray. The title says "no experience required" but those with experience in this field are encouraged to apply. We will train candidates to use our app to take the required photos and document any property damage. We take pride in working as a team - our managers are always available to you to answer any questions you may have. Here's what a typical day for one of our inspectors looks like: Check your app and make a route to complete inspections that are due Drive to each property and take the required photos (each property has instructions that tell you what is needed) After you've finished with the photos, you'll answer questions about the property regarding occupancy, overall condition and updating whether there are any damages to the property At the end of the day, you'll simply transmit your orders through the app (we recommend using WiFi for this part) and you're done! The most important thing to remember is to try to never let an inspection order go late - but since the due dates are typically a week or further out, you'll have the ability to plan your schedule around them. You'll need: A smartphone (our app works best on iPhones) Your own reliable and insured vehicle (and a driver's license, of course) Time management skills If you'd like to apply, send us an email and we'll set up an interview.
