Anyone know who owns either one of these vehicles???? Offering cash reward for any details!!!! The owner of the sliver car stold my puppy!! On May 6th near Becher & Muskego Avenue I included a picture of him as well... He is all white with one black spot by his butt.. thanks so much in advance!!
