UPDATED EVENT HOURS - FRI: 4PM-10PM, SAT: 3PM-11PM, SUN: 3PM-*8PM (*optional early Vendor Breakdown @ 6PM)Taking place across the street from Disneyland at the newly renovated STC Anaheim GardenWalk, おかえり OKAERI is a celebration of Japanese Animation and Asian American Culture. With the Grand Reopening of Disneyland and the Start of Cherry Blossom Season along with Asian American Pacific Islander Month, OKAERI hopes to bring back together the community safely and responsibly. Featuring local artist, vendors and tenants, STC GardenWalk has provided a unique venue with a family-friendly atmosphere. Itasha ShowCase Car Show and Cosplay ShowOff are scheduled for every Saturday and the Passport Stamp Rally is available for free to all attendees to help promote foot traffic to the entire event venue. OKAERI CUP will be hosted every Saturday as well and will currently feature Super Smash Bros with the option to add more games based on demand. More info on OKAERI CUP can be found here: [link pending] Food Trucks will be located in the lower-level Dotonburi, Osaka area and mobile bars located throughout the plaza. Marketing/Promotional/Informational announcements can be made thru STC GardenWalk's PA system after review and approval by TS and STC staff. HOURS OF OPERATION [UPDATED]: Friday: 4PM-10PM Saturday: 3PM-11PM Sunday: 2PM-8PM Vendor Setup begins at 1PM everyday. Vendor vehicles must exit employee parking by midnight of each night. BOOTH SHARING INFO: Artist Alley Kiosks can be split/shared by up to 2 vendors, only 1 registration/payment is required. 10x10 booths can be split/shared by up to 4 vendors, only 1 registration/payment is required. 10x20 booths can be split/shared by up to 6 vendors, only 1 registration/payment is required. 30x30 VIP Boutique Rooms can be split/shared by up to 8 vendors, only 1 registration/payment is required. PARKING INFO: Parking is included in Vendor Fee and will be located in B2 of Employee Parking. Names and Vehicle Description will be needed and given to Parking Security and Parking Passes will be provided upon completion of registration. Entrance into Employee Parking will only be available during the hours of setup and closed prior to event start time. Any LATE or non-approved vehicles will have to park with attendees in general parking; 1st hour free, $3/hr for any additional hours (Max $30). Parking validation available thru participating GardenWalk tenants. Parking tickets/validations are valid only thru 11:59PM same day.
